Hatha with Niki - Thomas Cramner Centre, Aslockton

Join Niki for a traditional Hatha class at the Thomas Cranmer Centre, Aslockton.  

You will be guided through floor and standing postures, breath work and relaxations with modifications given for different levels.

Tuesday morning's practice is open to all levels & is a much softer practice.  Both evening practices are stronger practices but with lots of lovely options. I am afraid the evening practices are not open to absolute beginners. 

Please don't forget to bring your mats, blankets or anything else you may need for your practice :)
