I'm excited to be teaching a different type of offering from Thorpe Performance up at the Eco Farm, Screveton each week, & we've called this practice WARRIOR!
Think yoga hiit where the two worlds of yoga & training come together, with just short bursts of movement for 1 minute at a time aimed at strength, control, flexibility & mobility. We target in on joint flexibility, core conditioning & full body strength. It's a playful practice with house music to help create the vibe & energy.
