Lou will guide you through a restorative end of week practice where you can expect lots of candles & nurturing and where you will explore the power of stillness and silence. Your practice will open with a Savasana (relaxation) to enable you to de-stress & will then progress into a series of restorative poses. By dedicating time to nurture & rest, you will help calm your central nervous system, which relaxes the body & mind. A time to go inside yourself to promote a powerful form of self-healing.
As with all practices now, please bring your own mat and anything else you like for your practice - maybe a small blanket or a jumper :)
This class is suitable for all levels including beginners xx
