Inspired by my friend & her husband who are GP's, who wanted to keep morale high for you at this moment, this is an opportunity to take a conscious breath, move your shoulders, neck & arms, this short practice will help you come out of your heads for 15 minutes and into your breath and body.   Whether you're in your surgery or hospital, join us as we take a few minutes headspace.
