Playtime with Niki!  This class is undefined as Hatha, flow, restorative or balance as it will become whatever the students wish it to be.  When you join the Zoom class, Niki will take one pose or area of the body etc that each of you would like to work on. She will then create the class around what you actually want.

Because of the concept of this practice, it will only be open to 5 months plus experience :)
