A free 20 (ish!) minute practice for lower back pain :)  A one off practice to give you some tools to help you ease lower back pain & to move with awareness in a kind and nurturing way. 

Niki suffered from very painful lower back pain after back labour with her son. She managed to overcome this with yoga alone & wants to share this offering to you.

Caring for your back means developing healthy movement habits and practicing postures that can build the muscle strength that will give your spine the support it needs.

Although this is very much a softening and gentle practice, one of the key things to healing the lower back is to strengthen the muscles used in the back, core and supporting muscles.  This won't be included in this short practice, but recommended posses to help with this are plank, boat, warrior III & chair.    

Grab a couple of pillows or a yoga bolster if you have one and Niki will see you on the mat soon.
