A practice to explore more holds in asanas (posture), whether on the floor, standing or balancing. Coming through challenge to create an opportunity to turn away from limiting thoughts & turn into breath & body, a chance to master focus away from the internal chatter & stories that create fear, anxiety & stress.  What happens when we come through challenge, are we reactive to it, do we get frustrated or try to run away, or can we find that essence of stillness deep within?

Intermediate practices are designed for those who have a good understanding of the basic yoga postures, and have begun to explore a wider variety of poses and styles. The intermediate student understands the relationship between breath and movement. The intermediate student knows where they meet their edge & doesn't take themselves beyond it into a place of discomfort/pain).
